1) What do you do if the item I have ordered does not fit or has a fault issue?
Our aim is to give our customers complete satisfaction with both service and quality, we would hope that none of our items leave us with a fault and will fit, but should a problem arise just send it back within 14 days to receive a full refund without question.
You may also exchange it like for like or to the same value or ask for a credit note, we are open to any requests you may wish to put forward.
2) Is there any hidden costs ?
No, the price you see on the item is the price you pay. ( If we are currently promoting an item you may find you receive a refund ).
3) I am not sure about the size.
The grid below should help you with any size issue questions, however as you know even in high street shops sizes can differ a 10 in one shop may fit, but in others shops you find its to big or to small, if you need to be sure of the size please feel free to contact us any time.
